Directions to Monmouth RFC

1) By Road from Newport

Take the A449, joining the A40 towards Monmouth.

Go through the tunnels, as you approach Monmouth, and at the traffic lights turn left into Wye Bridge Street. At the T junction, turn left into St. James Street, keeping the Monmouth Boys School on your left. Follow this road for approximately 100 yards and you will find a public car park on your right hand side which should be used when visiting the club on match days. This car park is currently “free” on Sundays.

Using the same entrance of the car park, now leave the car park, on foot, turning right into Almshouse Street. You should at this stage have the new Theatre and Arts centre directly in front of you. Follow this road for approximately 50 yards whereupon you will see the police station in front of you.

Monmouth RFC, the clubhouse, is next door to the police station (on the left).

2) By road from Ross on Wye

Take the A40 towards Monmouth & Newport

At the first roundabout, take the third exit (sign posted town centre), which is New Dixton Road and carry on this road for approximately 400 yards. At the first set of lights, turn left into Whitecross Street which you need to follow for approximately 200 yards coming into St James Square. At the roundabout take the second exit into St James Street. Go straight ahead at the next junction keeping the Monmouth Boys School on your left. Follow this road for approximately 100 yards and you will find a public car park on your right hand side which should be used when visiting the club on match days. This car park is currently “free” on Sundays.
