The key roles of volunteers that are needed are described below.

HEAD COACH

For individual age groups.
Will need to be Welsh Rugby Union qualified coach at Level 1.

ASSISTANT COACH

An opportunity for parents to assist the head coach with training and coaching - with a view to qualifying as a Level 1 coach.

REFEREE

Every game of Rugby at any level in Wales has to be refereed by a qualified referee.
Monmouth always needs referees, achieving Level 1 qualification is easy!

TEAM MANAGER

Support role to the head coach - helping with the administration element of team affairs.

Monmouth Young Rugby age groups play according to the WRU Junior Pathway Rules.
